Teleport - As a Free Action, Winston may draw a luck card and immediately place himself in any legal space up to that many spaces away from his current position. This is not considered "movement." All characters in his starting space must be teleported with him. (10 survival, 15 adventure)
Unstable Field Generator - When teleporting, all characters in the arrival space, including Winston and any characters teleporting with him, must take one wound. (-15 survival, 30 melee)
Prof. Winston may never move or be moved in the movement phase. (-10 survival, -10 adventure)
